1. The service
BizSuAi.com provides cloud software for point-of-sale, inventory, customer credit (udhaar), supplier, expense and multi-branch management, along with an AI business assistant. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Free trial
New businesses get a 3-day free trial with no payment required. When the trial ends, you can keep viewing your data, but creating sales and making changes requires an active paid plan.
3. Subscriptions & payments
Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Payments are processed by GetPay.pk. A plan is activated only after the payment has been verified on our servers. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change with prior notice.
4. AI credits
AI requests use credits. Credits included with a plan are granted when the plan is paid; purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Failed AI requests are not charged. The AI assistant only changes your records after you confirm each action.
5. Your data
You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you create and for the actions of staff accounts you add. We keep backups, but you should also export important reports regularly.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use BizSuAi for unlawful activity, attempt to access other businesses' data, or interfere with the service's security or availability.
7. Refunds & cancellation
You may stop renewing at any time. Payments already made for a period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service.
8. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. BizSuAi is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the software. Financial and tax decisions remain your responsibility.
