What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile number), your business information, and the business records you enter — products, sales, customers, suppliers, expenses and staff accounts.
How we use it
To run the service for you: showing reports, processing your actions, sending reminders you request, and providing support. We do not sell your data.
Business isolation
Every business's data is stored separately and every request is checked against your account and your staff permissions. Platform administrators can see account-level information (plan, status, usage counts) but not your sales or customer records.
AI assistant
When you ask BizSu AI a question, the relevant summary data needed to answer it is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. It is used only to generate your answer.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by GetPay.pk. We do not store your wallet PINs, card numbers or banking credentials.
Security
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, logins are rate-limited and every change is recorded in an audit log.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time and request export or deletion of your business data by contacting support.
